  3. Raffle Period Opens: 6:00 a.m. ET, Saturday, November 1st, 2025; Closes: 11:59 p.m. ET, Sunday, November 30, 2025; Late receipts = zero entries.

  4. How to Enter a) Donate any amount on Ryan Davey’s page (link above). b) Forward the automated Movember receipt (PDF or screenshot) to DJ@brightsidehometheater.com c) One email = one batch of entries. d) Entries are counted manually within 48 hrs; you’ll receive a confirmation reply.

    Winners outside an item’s zone automatically receive the next eligible prize in the order of draw.

  7. Prize Selection Order Live draw on YouTube, Tuesday, Dec 2, 2025, 4 p.m. ET 1st name drawn = 1st choice 2nd = 2nd choice … 5th gets what’s left. Winners have 24 hours to pick from the time stated on the email announcing they won; otherwise we move to the next person.

  8. Winner Notification

    • Announced live on stream

    • Emailed during the live show

    • Must reply within 24 hours or forfeit; redraw for any prizes not claimed occurs live the following Tuesday.

    • No Cash Substitute

    • USA winners receive IRS 1099 if prize package >$600.

    • Shipping inside USA/Canada = free.

    • International art winner pays only excess shipping above $75.

    • Void where prohibited by law.

    • Employees of sponsors and their households may not enter.

    • Automated/bot entries = instant ban.

  12. Privacy Your email and receipt are seen ONLY by DJ. Deleted 7 days after the draw. Movember’s privacy policy applies to the donation itself.
